Pay It Forward Day

Pay It Forward is a concept inspired by the movie of the same name,

based on a novel by Catherine Ryan Hyde. It’s the story of a young boy

who did kind deeds for three people in need, asking nothing in return, but

hoping that they would be inspired to keep the cycle of kindness going.

 

We at inspire journal support this remarkable concept

and invite YOU to be part of our ‘pay it forward’ project.

 

Why ‘pay it forward’?

There is an extraordinary and positive energy in giving, and its

effects are endless; it can touch and change the lives of so many.

 

From April 30 2009 - We will give away

2,000 copies of inspire journal

throughout the streets of Perth

 

These copies have been gifted by inspire and through

the kindness and generosity of local Perth businesses

 who want to make a difference in our community

 

This project aims to promote kindness and the ‘pay it forward’ concept

 throughout Perth. It will also be supporting Non-Profit Organisations

AND promoting the benefits and effects of Positive Media.

 

Postcards will be handed out with each copy of inspire gifted containing information about inspire journal

+ the pay it forward concept…including more ways to ‘pay it forward’ and make a difference in other peoples lives.

 

Everyone involved in the project, including the recipients, will be given the opportunity to share their experiences of giving

and receiving. Select feedback will be included in an eight page spread about the project in issue four of inspire journal.
